Visual people dealing with verbal world

I was in Sydney recently for a meeting with a number of other sculptors and found that nearly every time I asked someone what their artwork was like I got a familiar answer along the lines of, 'well, it's a bit hard to describe, you really need to see it...'

So I began to wonder, why don't we all carry a picture or two in our wallets showing what our artwork looks like?
