The kids grant me the ultimate compliment...

Looks like I've cracked onto a winner. Made hamburgers tonight, cooked on the barbie, and when served both the kids raved that they were the best hamburgers I had ever made! In fact, they said, 'they tasted just like McDonald's hamburgers.'

I am overwhelmed at that compliment! Crikes, what a dad!

(BTW, if you want to impress your kids like I did mine, add a little shake of tarragon and some salt into the mince before cooking.)
